We define the visual approach
We discuss the atmosphere and style of the coverage. Some events require a completely natural documentary approach, while others need more prepared photographs of the space, products, team or selected participants.
We photograph the event
During the event, we work discreetly and avoid interrupting what is happening. We photograph the atmosphere, emotions, interactions between people, key moments, details and the overall rhythm of the event.
We select the photographs
After the event, we professionally select the strongest images, removing duplicates, technical errors and unflattering moments. The final series includes photographs that fully communicate the event and its atmosphere.
We edit and deliver
The selected photographs receive colour correction and careful editing. The final series is delivered through a private online gallery in high resolution and, when needed, in formats optimised for social media.

Every event has its own rhythm, so we do not offer one fixed package for everyone. The duration, number of photographers and amount of final material depend on the size of the event, the programme, the number of guests and the goals of the project.
For a small gathering or class, one photographer for a few hours may be enough. For a larger event with several areas, a big audience or a full programme, a second photographer may be necessary.
Before the event, we ask for a programme or short schedule. This helps us identify key moments, avoid missing important activities and organise the coverage properly.
When photographs are needed urgently for publication on the same day or the following morning, fast delivery of a selected part of the material can be arranged in advance.
