How does the shoot work?
We define the requirements
Before the shoot, we clarify the number of employees, type of photographs, location, deadlines and where the images will be used. We also define whether only individual portraits are needed or if the project should include group photographs, the working process, the space and brand details.

We carry out the shoot
During the session, we help each person with posture, expression, body position and eye direction. No experience in front of the camera is necessary. We provide clear guidance so that every portrait looks natural, confident and professional.
We select the photographs
After the shoot, we make a technical and visual selection, removing duplicates and unflattering images. When needed, the final selection can be organised with each employee or with a representative of the company.
We edit and deliver
The selected photographs receive colour correction and careful retouching. The final images are delivered through an online gallery in high resolution and, when needed, in formats prepared for websites, LinkedIn and social media.
